Edith, daughter of Woody Herbert who was famous for his Brahma bulls and carved silver, has been working with cottonwood since 1990. Begun as a toy for the children of the family, the chickens made by Edith and her husband, along with other family members, have grown in popularity and provide a notable source of income for the family. Let a chicken into your life and soon you’ll want to pad your whole nest with more of all sizes and colors!
